Paid Social Specialist

Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns focused on measurable growth and efficient customer acquisition.

SatelitArt is looking for a Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns across social media platforms.

In this role, you will work with marketing, creative, analytics, and growth specialists to turn campaign data into practical optimization decisions. You will be responsible for the full campaign cycle — from audience and campaign setup to testing, performance analysis, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms
• Develop campaign structures aligned with acquisition and growth objectives
• Research and segment audiences based on campaign goals and performance data
• Monitor key metrics including CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate
• Run structured tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign settings
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with designers and creative strategists on performance-oriented ad concepts
• Manage advertising budgets and adjust spend based on performance
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Paid Social, Media Buying, or Performance Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, bidding, and optimization
• Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets
• Understanding of conversion funnels and performance marketing metrics
• Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, analytics, and marketing teams
• English level B2 or higher
