Objectives of the Role: The Paid Social Specialists role is to assist and support in the day to day running of client activity, reporting and communication. As a Paid Social Specialist you are focused on improving and developing your knowledge across the Paid Media channel, with the ability to apply this knowledge quickly and proactively. Taking an active interest in using key tools and platforms across the agency is also highly important. Key Responsibilities: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads and other available tools to deliver insightful performance reports. Analyse user behaviour trends and make appropriate recommendations / changes to campaigns Produce Paid Social reports as required detailing the impacts made by your work. Assist Paid Social manager with presentations and reports for clients and the senior management team Research and analysis for new client pitches Assist Paid Social manager with presenting the insights and performance to clients on conference calls and in meetings Consistently deliver tasks and reports to a high standard. Work collaboratively and build relationships with team members and wider channel teams. Attend regular client calls to support the manager/lead as needed.
