Role Overview As our Video Editor for Paid Social, you’ll be responsible for editing high-performing, engaging video content for Healf’s paid social campaigns on Meta. You’ll work closely with our performance marketing and creative teams to translate raw footage, UGC, and brand assets into thumb-stopping, story-driven videos that deliver results. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form videos for paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads. Collaborate with the performance team to optimise edits for engagement and conversion. Develop multiple creative variations to test hooks, CTAs, and storylines. Edit in a fast, agile environment with quick turnarounds and evolving creative strategies. Ensure all videos reflect the Healf brand voice, visual style, and storytelling standards. Keep up to date with social platform trends, formats, and emerging editing techniques. Experience & Skills Required Incredible video editor with imaginative ideas and an eye for detail Proficient with video editing software tools A great portfolio of video editing experience in a paid social or performance creative environment. Proven ability to create scroll-stopping UGC-style content that drives conversions. Experience with organic social editing (Instagram Reels, TikTok) is a plus. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. You know the difference between content that looks good and content that converts.
