What you'll do Support the technical team in designing, delivering, developing, and maintaining application solutions, including the Industrial Cloud Platform and Solace platform. Prepare and configure solutions for the POKA system in test environments. Handle end-user support requests related to the POKA system and collaborate with team members on task execution, problem-solving, and system/process knowledge sharing. Support the Quality Assurance process by performing testing and validating implemented changes. Prepare basic technical documentation in Confluence and use Jira for task and project management. Who you are You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in any field and are available to work onsite in our office in Katowice. You are fluent in written and spoken English at B2–C1 level. You have a basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and support processes, with an interest in learning about cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and system integrations. You have a general awareness of software testing and quality assurance, and you are able to investigate basic technical issues, support users, and escalate when needed. You are familiar with collaboration and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence, and you have good communication and teamwork skills.
