Financing & Project Development: • Support on project finance and infrastructure transactions, including preparation of facility documentation and security packages. • Assist with due diligence exercises, including reviewing title, regulatory and corporate documents. • Track conditions precedent and maintain transaction timetables. • Prepare transaction summaries and assist with completion logistics. Corporate: • Assist with M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations • Prepare board minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney and company secretarial documents • Conduct company searches and maintain corporate records and data rooms • Support on regulatory filings and KYC/AML compliance processes Disputes: • Assist with international arbitration and commercial litigation matters • Prepare and organise bundles, chronologies and document schedules • Conduct document review and assist with disclosure exercises • Research procedural rules, jurisdictional issues and case law Essential: • Law degree (LLB or equivalent) at 2:1 or above, or a non-law degree with the GDL/PGDL • Strong academic record and demonstrable interest in commercial law • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work under time pressure • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Professional and personable manner, comfortable working with clients and senior lawyers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Preferred: • LPC or SQE qualification, or currently working towards qualification • Previous paralegal or legal work experience, whether in private practice, in-house or a legal clinic • Experience of or exposure to finance, infrastructure or corporate transactions • Familiarity with document management systems and virtual data rooms • Additional languages are an advantage given Trinity’s international client base Trinity is open to considering exceptional candidates who have not yet undertaken the LPC or SQE but can demonstrate strong relevant experience, commercial awareness and a clear motivation to develop a legal career. • Competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience • Exposure to high-quality, complex, cross-border legal work from the outset • Direct mentorship from experienced partners and senior associates • A collegiate and inclusive working environment • A collaborative office culture, with an expectation of at least three days per week in the London office and some flexibility for remote working • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays • Pension scheme and private medical insurance
