Senior Business Immigration Paralegal

I’m currently partnering with a dynamic business immigration firm that is genuinely rewriting the script on how tech-enabled immigration law is practiced. They’ve built a high-growth, modern firm culture centered on transparency, speed, and real human empathy - complete with their own proprietary immigration software platform designed to eliminate the usual legal bottlenecks.

They are actively seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join their team. You will act as a true account manager, holding real ownership over high-growth corporate accounts, collaborating directly with attorneys and mentoring junior paralegals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take full ownership of assigned corporate client accounts - driving case strategy, managing workflows, and delivering top-tier responsiveness (the firm maintains a strict 1-business-day response guarantee).
• Draft and assemble nonimmigrant and immigrant filings, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1, I-140, AOS, and RFE responses for attorney review.
• Drive PERM processes from initial audit/job description drafting through final submission, followed by post-PERM I-140/AOS filings.
• Utilize the firm's custom platform to track case statuses, build foreign national profiles, and generate client data reports.
• Guide junior paralegals by assigning tasks, reviewing drafted filings, and providing active feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of dedicated employment-based immigration paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong hands-on experience across major NIV and IV categories (H-1B, PERM, I-140, AOS, L-1, TN, E-3, RFEs). Exposure to O-1, EB-1A, NIW, or E-2 is a big plus.
• High autonomy - someone who takes full ownership of their work, anticipates client needs, and moves cases forward without hand-holding.
• Comfort with tech-forward tools and client account management.
• US work authorization (sponsorship is not offered for this role).
