Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial / Corporate Paralegal to support a growing Australian legal practice. This role is suited for a legal support professional who is confident handling administrative and paralegal responsibilities within a fast-paced commercial legal environment. Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally. Provide administrative and paralegal support across commercial and corporate legal matters. Prepare, organize, and maintain legal files and documentation. Assist with drafting correspondence and legal documents where required. Conduct legal research and support ongoing legal matters. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document management processes. Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional manner. Assist with diary management, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines. Utilize LEAP practice management software for file and matter management. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience working within an Australian legal practice is essential. Experience supporting Commercial and/or Corporate Law matters is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience using LEAP practice management software is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general legal administration systems. Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach to work.
