We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, independent UK mortgage and protection advisory firm to recruit a talented Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator.

The Opportunity

Working remotely from South Africa, you will play a pivotal role supporting experienced Mortgage Advisers (operating in the UK), owning the process from case preparation through to completion. This is far more than a typical admin role; you will be central to ensuring a seamless, compliant and first-class client journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and managing mortgage cases from research through to completion
• Producing documentation, illustrations, and supporting materials for client meetings
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers and other stakeholders
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providers
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring full compliance at every stage
• Supporting advisers with pipeline management and case progression

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mortgage administration, paraplanning, or financial services support
• Strong understanding of the UK mortgage process and compliance requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with high-value clients
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
