Role Summary Conduct fundamental research on an assigned industries and companies, supported by training and mentorship from our investment platform Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes Provide strategic investment insights, not just number crunching Present investment ratings and recommendations to senior investment professionals Qualifications Required: MBA student scheduled to graduate in May 2027 Preferred: Previous internship in equity research Strong interest in the markets and equity research Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and with others Effective verbal and written communication skills FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus , which is determined upon company and individual performance.
