Bilingual Employment Advisor in Yuma, AZ Part-time | Remote and In Office Required About the Role As an Employment Advisor with Arion Care, you’ll be the first point of contact for new hires—guiding them through training, background checks, paperwork, and orientation. You’ll ensure compliance, create a welcoming experience, and act as a bridge between applicants and hiring managers. What We’re Looking For: Bilingual in Spanish and English required Currently resides in Yuma, AZ - required Ability to travel as needed and work out of the Yuma office 2+ years’ experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or related field Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems Must be at least 18 and eligible for a DPS fingerprint car What You’ll Do: Support applicants through training, background checks, and onboarding Explain company policies & procedures Coordinate new hire files, schedules, and compliance requirements Provide ongoing virtual and in-person support during the hiring process Partner with supervisors to meet staffing needs Why Arion Care?
