Part-Time Evening Call Center Agent

Salary Range: $14.00 To $14.00 Hourly Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Evening Call Center Agent, where your energetic communication skills and customer-focused mindset will make a real difference! This is a remote position, providing virtual paid training. Equipment is provided. Must be Hard-Wired into internet via Ethernet Cable. $14 per hour Training Schedule… Training is Full-Time for the first 2 weeks (REQUIRED): 7am-4pm CST Monday-Friday for 2 weeks. 3rd week Training: Monday/Tuesday 4:30pm-9pm CST; Wednesday-Friday 5pm-9pm CST Work Schedule Rotating Weekly Schedule: ( 1st week ) Monday, Wednesday, Friday ( 2nd week ) Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday *In addition to, there is one Sunday per month requirement (3pm-5pm CST) Saturday shifts= 9am-2pm CST; Mon-Fri shifts= 5pm-9pm CST Qualifications Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing Proven ability and desire to help people Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus Engaging and enthusiastic personality Confident, clear and effective communication style Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy Requirement High School Diploma or GED is required Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
