Job Description House Ambassador- Concierge Highlands Ranch, CO 80126-Community Management/Property Management Position Summary: The Guest Service Ambassador is the first point of contact for the residents and guests of the Backcounty Community. This important role ensures a welcoming, clean, and organized environment. Providing exceptional/professional customer service. Which supports the smooth operation of community amenities on a daily basis and provides admin support and service. Such as fielding and executing homeowner requests. The responsibility includes but not limited to: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Resident and guest services. Ensure the lobby/building remains clean, organized, presentable by preforming touch up and orderly presentation, as needed. Greets residents and guests in a welcoming manner, friendly and professional. Assist with amenity services, events, and general inquiries. Provides information regarding community rules, programs and services. Handles HOA Board and Management requests. Any additional tasks assigned by the Lead House Ambassador or the General Manager. FACILITY OVERSIGHT Monitor access to amenities and verify resident’s credentials. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment at the Sundial house. Report maintenance issues. Report safety issues and complete incident reports. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT Timely: Answer phones, respond to emails and input data in the proper data programs. Same day acknowledgment of all issues, requests and follow up. Maintain accurate records. Assist other departments as time and coverage permits at the direction of the Lead House Ambassador and General Manager. SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE Enforce HOA policies, amenity rules and regulations. Monitor visitor logs and ensure proper check in procedures. Opening or closing check-list and alarm engagement procedures. Compensation: $19-$20 per hour; direct experience highly considered. Knowledge of computer skills: Microsoft, excel, amenity management software preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. CPR/AED highly suggested.
