Part-Time Intake Specialist / Virtual Assistant (Personal Injury)

Location: Remote – Latin America Practice Area: Personal Injury Language Requirement: Advanced to Fluent English (C1-C2) About the Opportunity We are hiring on behalf of a growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm in Georgia seeking a Part-Time Intake Specialist / Virtual Assistant to join their team. This is a fully remote position for a proactive, organized, and client-focused professional who enjoys communicating with clients and supporting legal operations. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a Personal Injury law firm as an Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, or in another client-facing role within the legal industry. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text in a professional and timely manner. Conduct initial client intake and gather relevant case information. Maintain accurate client records and update the firm's case management system. Organize and manage legal documents, correspondence, and client files. Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-up communications. Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys and the legal team. Ensure all client information is documented accurately and confidentially. Assist with general virtual assistant duties to support the firm's daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a Personal Injury law firm is required. Experience as an Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, or in a client-facing legal support role. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Advanced to Fluent). Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
