Part-Time Temp Enrollment Specialist

Uplift Michigan Online School | Temporary, Part-Time | August 17 – Mid-October (Count Day) About the Role Summit is seeking a part-time, temporary Enrollment Specialist to provide supplemental front-end support across our school portfolio during peak inquiry season. This role is ideal for a teacher or educator looking for additional income during hours outside the school day. You'll handle inbound and follow-up communication with prospective families — answering questions, routing them to the right enrollment resources, and keeping new leads warm — during the after-hours and weekend windows our standard enrollment team isn't able to cover. Responsibilities Answer parent/guardian questions about enrollment via phone Route inquiries to appropriate enrollment resources and staff Follow up with new leads to keep them engaged through the enrollment process Provide coverage during afternoon hours (after standard team hours) and 1–2 weekends around count day Schedule & Commitment Hours: 5–10 hours/week Timing: Weekday afternoons, plus 1–2 weekends near count day Duration: August 17 – mid-October 2026 (approx. 10 weeks) Start date: August 17 preferred Qualifications Strong phone communication skills and sound judgment in parent-facing conversations Comfortable working independently during non-standard hours Teaching or education background preferred, not required Familiarity with Summit's schools a plus
