Role Description The Partner Agent – Property Sales role is a remote position focused on supporting property owners and buyers throughout the sales process. Day-to-day responsibilities include listing and presenting residential properties, conducting virtual or in-person viewings, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate property records. The Partner Agent will collaborate with the wider team to apply digital marketing strategies, negotiate offers, guide clients through contracts, and coordinate with property management where needed. This role also involves providing responsive customer service, maintaining market awareness, and using By Design’s tools and systems to maximize exposure and sales performance.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Estate Agents and Residential Real Estate, with experience managing property sales processes.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Customer Service experience, with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and client care.
• Familiarity with Property Management practices, including coordinating viewings, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and online property listing platforms is an advantage.
• Relevant professional licensing or registration as required by local regulations for real estate practice.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships, analyze market information, and use CRM or sales tracking systems effectively.
