Job Title: Partner Development Associate Location: Colombia Workplace Type: Remote This role is employed through RemoFirst, Porch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group. Job Summary The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it as a Partner Development Associate Porch Moving Group, a division of Porch, is a technology-driven leader transforming how people move. We operate the largest marketplace for professional movers in the US, which enables millions of moves across our brands, including MovingPlace and HireAHelper. Our platform delivers modern consumer experiences and enterprise-grade technology that powers thousands of partners on our platform. Most of our demand comes through partnerships with companies whose customers need moving help. This role sits at the center of that: getting new partners live and successful, and helping our Head of BD build a stronger pipeline of future partners. You’ll split your time roughly 50/50 between two areas, with the partner success side likely growing over time as our partner base expands. What You Will Do As A Partner Development Associate Partner onboarding and early success Own the partner experience from signed contract through the first six months Run a structured onboarding process: kickoff, setup, testing, go-live, early optimization Be the partner’s main day-to-day point of contact during onboarding and ramp Spot issues early and pull in the right internal people to solve them Build the playbook as we go — we don’t have a polished one yet Pipeline and outbound campaigns Run outbound campaigns using HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, and AI tools Test messaging, segments, and sequences; improve the metrics that matter Book qualified meetings for the Head of BD Provide research and context on prospects before those meetings What You Will Bring As A Partner Development Associate 3+ years in a partnerships, business development, account management, or customer success role, ideally with exposure to both outbound and post-sale work At least 3 years at one company in a similar role. We care about people who stick with hard problems Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable on calls with US partner executives and able to hold your own when conversations get sharp Strong business judgment: you can quickly understand a partner’s business, what they care about, and how to articulate value to them High writing quality on your own. You can use AI as a tool, but your thinking and judgment have to be yours. Comfort with tooling (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Claude) and a willingness to learn what you don’t already know.
