Competitive Intelligence: Conduct mystery shopping, SWOT analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market scans to inform product and sales strategy. Collect and interpret market data, translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal and client teams. Design surveys and intelligence tools to capture customer and partner feedback across the Indian landscape.
