We operate the largest marketplace for professional movers in the US, which enables millions of moves across our brands, including MovingPlace and HireAHelper. Our platform delivers modern consumer experiences and enterprise-grade technology that powers thousands of partners on our platform. Most of our demand comes through partnerships with companies whose customers need moving help. This role sits at the center of that: getting new partners live and successful, and helping our Head of BD build a stronger pipeline of future partners. You’ll split your time roughly 50/50 between two areas, with the partner success side likely growing over time as our partner base expands. What You Will Do As A Partner Development Specialist Partner onboarding and early success Own the process from the start of onboarding the partner, through the first six months and beyond Run a structured onboarding process: kickoff, setup, testing, go-live, early optimization Serve as the partner’s main day-to-day point of contact during onboarding and ramp Comfortable operating without an established playbook — help build and refine best practices as the role evolves Pipeline and outbound campaigns Run outbound campaigns using HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, and AI tools Test messaging, segments, and sequences; improve the metrics that matter Book qualified meetings for the Head of BD Provide research and context on prospects before those meetings Process ownership, data, and continuous improvement Own and continuously improve partner onboarding processes and success metrics Develop scalable onboarding playbooks, documentation, and best practices Drive cross-functional coordination to resolve partner issues Own the analysis and reporting of onboarding and partner performance data, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities to drive strategic improvements What You Will Bring As A Partner Development Specialist 5+ years in a partnerships, business development, account management, or customer success role, ideally with exposure to both outbound and post-sale work At least 3 years at one company in a similar role. We care about people who stick with hard problems Fully bilingual or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken Proven strong executive presence communicating with US-based partners and business leaders, adept at navigating difficult conversations with professionalism Strong business judgment: you can quickly understand a partner’s business, what they care about, and how to articulate value to them Excellent written communication skills, grounded in independent thinking and sound judgment (AI-assisted drafting is fine — the reasoning behind it must be yours) Proficiency with CRM and AI-enabled productivity tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Claude) and a willingness to learn what you don’t already know Proven extensive experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload The application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from 09/01/26.
