What You Will Be Doing: Support procurement processes for both new and existing Data and Technology partners globally. Develop and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships through regular performance and service-level assessments. Coordinate initial reviews of legal documentation (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs) and manage smooth, timely communication with internal Legal and Data Protection teams. Drive commercial negotiations and agreement renewals to secure optimal pricing, SLAs, and contract terms. Act as the primary operational bridge between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring frictionless onboarding and alignment. Own and maintain a centralized repository of all partner-related legal, compliance, and commercial documents, keeping everything organized and up to date. About You: Proven professional experience in procurement, vendor relationship management, or commercial operations within a fast-paced B2B tech environment. Strong commercial mindse t with a track record of handling negotiations, optimizing costs, and evaluating vendor offerings. Excellent legal literacy — you understand contract structures, know what to look for in service agreements, and can efficiently translate business needs into legal requirements. Fluency in English (C2 level) with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. High level of independence and proactiveness — you are comfortable taking full ownership of processes and driving them to the finish line. Sharp attention to detail when working with complex documentation and multiple parallel workflows. Ability to work with partners in different time zones (APAC, LATAM) . Nice to have: Prior procurement or vendor coordination experience specifically within the Fintech, RegTech, or Identity Verification industries. Experience working from the "buyer's side" — evaluating and onboarding external infrastructure, software, or data providers. Experience working with Data partners. Fluency in Spanish.
