Partner Support Specialist - International SME Fintech

Role: Partner Support Specialist

Location: Hong Kong-based

Work arrangement: Fully remote; you must already have Hong Kong work rights

Compensation: HKD 30,000 per month (HKD 360,000 per year) + up to 8.9% annual bonus

You'll join a fast-growing international fintech with over 200 team members that provides flexible funding solutions to SMEs across APAC and Europe. The business has already funded over $5B in loans and is continuing to scale.

What You'll Do

• Build strong day-to-day relationships with partners and brokers through clear, responsive, accurate communication.
• Set up new partners in internal systems and support onboarding to a high standard.
• Support BDMs with the lodgement and fulfilment of business financing applications.
• Handle funding enquiries, collect key documentation, and prepare statements and materials for risk review.
• Coordinate across submissions, risk, and contract teams to keep applications moving, follow up on missing information, and keep partners updated on progress.
• Educate partners on products, policies, and the partner portal, and escalate issues to the relevant sales lead or managing partner when needed.

Who We're Looking For

You'll likely be a mid-level support specialist or coordinator who already knows how to keep partner-facing finance workflows moving without a lot of structure around you.

Must-Haves

• Experience in partner, broker, sales support, or operations support where you've handled onboarding, funding enquiries, application updates, document collection, and coordination across teams such as sales, risk, or contracts.
• Mid-level experience: you're able to independently run day-to-day support, manage stakeholders confidently, and escalate well without needing close supervision or a highly defined process.
• Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comfort working in a first-hire, low-playbook environment where you need to use judgement, stay organised, and keep momentum without a local team around you.

Nice-To-Haves

• A background in SME lending, commercial finance, fintech, banking, broker support, or adjacent financial services.
• Experience in a fast-moving, scaling business where responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through really mattered.
• Exposure to multi-market operations or other lean environments where process was still being built.
