Working closely with nationwide Real Estate Professionals, you will ensure that customers receive high-quality valuation services and products in a timely manner. In this role, you will support our real estate partners by maintaining updated records and progress reports while removing any obstacles that delay deliveries. What You Will Work On Efficiently manage and process customer orders. Allocate orders to real estate experts who satisfy customer specifications and service level goals. Monitor order workflows to verify that customer milestones are met. Serve as a primary connector between our customers and partners. Maintain professional communications with real estate specialists through multiple channels. Keep document logs and records current with precise, detailed entries. Cultivate and support constructive vendor relationships. Who We Are Looking For Exhibits an optimistic, warm, and constructive attitude. What You Can Expect Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $19.00 - $24.50 hourly, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
