Is this job info correct?

The Partner, Talent Operations, also known as a Talent Operations Partner or TOP, is a key member of the Mosaic Flex Staffing team and serves as the central liaison among Client Services, the Recruiting Team, event staff, and internal operations. In this role, you will coordinate the overall delivery of staffing targets across assigned programs nationwide, managing each program before activation, through live execution, and through post-event closeout, including follow-through on staff pay, client billing support, program records, and reporting accuracy. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on program readiness and service quality while partnering closely with recruiters and program leaders across our Flex staffing business. The pay range provided for this position is an estimate based on available market data. The actual salary or hourly rate may vary depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, education, geographic location, and other job-related factors, as well as applicable business needs. This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Acosta Group complies with all applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency and equal pay requirements. Serve as the primary liaison among Client Services, Recruiting, event staff, onboarding, payroll, billing, and program leadership to deliver staffing targets across assigned programs. Manage assigned staffing programs from initial planning through activation and post-event closeout. Partner with Client Services to confirm staffing profiles, staff responsibilities, training requirements, locations, timelines, and activation priorities. Monitor sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, availability, and overall staffing progress across assigned programs. Maintain visibility into staffing targets, pipeline coverage, candidate fallout, onboarding delays, and readiness risks, and escalate early enough to support corrective action. Communicate staffing priorities, program changes, and next actions to Recruiting and internal partners, and ensure recruiters receive accurate, timely program information. Update approved systems, program files, staffing trackers, and talent profiles with accurate changes, assignments, requirements, risks, and status information. Coordinate with event staff before, during, and after activations to reinforce expectations, confirm readiness, and resolve issues. Reconcile staff hours and related client billing information no later than 72 hours after each event, following approved processes. Monitor and audit post-event reporting for completeness, compliance, and accuracy, and follow up on missing information. Balance multiple programs, markets, and deadlines while maintaining consistent service, communication, and documentation standards. Follow company requirements for equal employment opportunity, privacy, recordkeeping, background screening, I-9 support, payroll, and billing. Minimum qualifications • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree may be preferred based on business need. • One to three years of relevant experience in staffing, recruiting, talent operations, field operations, event operations, client service, or a related environment. • Experience coordinating multiple projects, markets, staffing needs, or deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication with candidates, field staff, clients, and internal partners. • Ability to maintain accurate records across staffing, applicant tracking, communication, scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting tools. • Demonstrated prioritization, sound judgment, independent remote-work discipline, and responsible handling of sensitive information. Preferred qualifications • Experience with high-volume, retail, merchandising, experiential, seasonal, event, or distributed field staffing. • Experience managing staffing readiness from planning through activation and closeout. • Experience reconciling time, payroll support data, billing support data, or post-event reporting. • Informal leadership, project ownership, or stakeholder-management experience; direct people-management experience is helpful but not required. Work environment This is primarily a remote, computer-based role requiring frequent reading, analysis, judgment, basic business math, phone and video communication, and work with others. The role will require weekend support based on program activation, and on occasional later evenings when necessary. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
