Partnership Executive at BairesDev

This role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships with referral partners to drive high-quality lead generation and business growth. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of partners, track performance metrics, and coordinate engagement strategies. Daily tasks include organizing meetings, preparing reports, providing training and support, and resolving partner inquiries. Success in this role requires a balance of relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving, all while contributing to the company's strategic objectives and fostering meaningful collaborations.

What You'll Do:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, ensuring consistent engagement and trust-building over time.

- Support the onboarding and enablement of partners by offering training, tools, and incentives to maximize their participation and results.

- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize lead conversion and engagement strategies.

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in client-facing commercial or sales roles.

- Experience working in B2B or SaaS environments.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
