Take ownership of contract management and governance, overseeing contractual agreements, renewals, documentation, and customer review meetings to ensure compliance and long-term partnership success. Drive customer retention and business growth, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, mitigate risks, and work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored client solutions. Lead cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, partnering with operational, clinical, finance, and business development teams to resolve challenges, improve service performance, and enhance the overall customer experience. 🎯 What You’ll Bring We don’t expect perfection. Experience managing business performance, including P&L responsibility, analysing management information and identifying opportunities to improve commercial outcomes. Demonstrable experience of commercial negotiation and customer service delivery. Experience working within the healthcare sector.
