We publish stories at the intersection of creativity, fashion, identity, love, and contemporary culture, while building a global community of writers, photographers, artists, filmmakers, and industry leaders.
We're looking for a Partnership Manager Intern to work directly alongside our Co-Founder
Sophia Leon, helping grow Roe's network of brands, partners, and creative collaborators.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in partnerships, media, marketing, and business development within the creative industry.
You'll play a key role in identifying partnership opportunities, building relationships with brands, and supporting collaborations that help grow Roe Magazine.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential brand partners aligned with Roe Magazine.
- Assist with outreach to brands, PR agencies, creative studios, and industry contacts.
- Help build and maintain Roe's partnerships pipeline.
- Support collaboration proposals and partnership presentations.
- Assist with media kits and partnership materials.
- Research potential sponsorship opportunities and events.
- Help manage partnership communications and follow-ups.
- Support relationship management with existing partners.
- Brainstorm new commercial opportunities and creative collaborations.
- Work closely with Sophia Leon on business development projects.

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is organised and highly proactive.
- Enjoys building relationships and connecting with people.
- Has an interest in media, fashion, culture, or the creative industries.
- Is confident researching brands and identifying opportunities.
- Takes initiative and enjoys bringing new ideas to the table.
- Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Shares Roe's passion for storytelling and culture.
Previous partnership or marketing experience is a bonus, but not essential.
