We're looking for a Partnerships Analyst We're hiring a Partnerships Analyst At Tecspal, we're changing how global teams connect through smarter hardware and logistics solutions. Our partner network is one of our biggest growth engines, and we're looking for a Partnerships Analyst to help us grow and manage it. This role sits at the center of our partnership's motion. You'll manage the flow of B2B opportunities our partners refer to us, help bring new partners into our ecosystem, and, as you get established, take on enablement, working directly with our partners' sales teams so they're equipped to send us the right opportunities. It's a high-impact role for someone who's great with people, organized, and relentless about follow-up. What you'll own: Referral pipeline: Receive B2B opportunities referred by our partners, qualify each one, and book qualified meetings for the closing team. Keep every referral moving with timely, consistent follow-up. Partner pipeline: Help identify and onboard new partners into our ecosystem, building strong relationships from first contact. Enablement (as you grow into the role): Work with the sales teams at partners you've closed, educating their reps so they can refer the right opportunities to Tecspal. Responsibilities: Engage with inbound prospects referred by partners Qualify opportunities and move them through the pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities. Identify opportunities to increase referral engagement and improve conversion rates. Meet monthly and quarterly targets related to pipeline generation and qualified opportunities. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Partnerships, Business Development, Customer Success, or another client-facing commercial role. Fluent English, non-negotiable, as you'll work daily with international partners. Based in Uruguay. Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills. Accountability and ownership. Comfortable owning numbers and working toward clear targets. Nice to have : Previous experience working with partnership-driven sales models or lead qualification. Knowledge of hardware, PCs and specifications of computers.
