Parts Manager Help build Geely Auto Ireland from the ground up: Lead parts supply, optimise inventory and support retailers in creating outstanding aftersales operations. Main Responsibilities Parts Supply & Operational Management Support management of parts supply and distribution activities across the Ireland retailer network. Coordinate parts ordering, replenishment and supply activities to support retailer operational requirements and customer satisfaction objectives. Monitor parts availability, backorder activity and supply performance across operational channels. Support implementation of effective parts operational processes suitable for the Irish market. Coordinate with regional and international operational stakeholders to support efficient parts supply and operational alignment. Inventory Management & Supply Planning Support inventory planning and stock management activities to maintain appropriate parts availability and operational efficiency. Monitor parts usage trends, demand forecasts and retailer requirements to support effective supply planning. Support implementation and maintenance of inventory control processes and reporting frameworks. Identify opportunities to optimise stock management, minimise obsolescence and improve operational performance. Assist with management of urgent supply requirements and operational escalation activities where required. Retailer & Aftersales Support Develop strong working relationships with retailer aftersales and parts teams across the Ireland network. Support retailers with parts-related operational enquiries, supply coordination and escalation management activities. Work collaboratively with Aftersales, Technical, Warranty and Operations teams to support customer satisfaction and operational performance objectives. Support retailer readiness and aftersales launch activities from a parts and operational perspective. Assist with implementation of retailer parts standards, operational processes and reporting requirements. Supplier & Logistics Coordination Coordinate with logistics providers, operational partners and suppliers to support effective parts movement and operational performance. Monitor supplier service levels, delivery performance and operational effectiveness. Support operational coordination relating to inbound supply, storage and distribution activities where required. Assist with identification and implementation of process improvements across parts operations and supply activities. Support operational contingency planning and issue resolution activities where necessary. Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement Monitor parts performance metrics, operational KPIs and supply chain effectiveness. Support preparation of reporting and analysis relating to parts operations, retailer performance and supply activity. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer support and retailer service levels. Support implementation of scalable operational systems, reporting tools and process improvements. Maintain accurate operational records and reporting documentation. Education and Training Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Automotive or a related discipline preferred. Proven experience within automotive parts operations, aftersales, logistics or supply chain environments. Strong understanding of automotive parts operations, inventory management and retailer aftersales processes. Experience working with retailer networks, operational suppliers or automotive OEM/distributor organisations advantageous. Experience supporting inventory control, supply planning or operational coordination activities beneficial. Experience working with automotive supply chain, importation or operational logistics processes advantageous, including awareness of customs, parts classification, commodity coding and operational data management activities. Strong analytical and operational problem-solving capability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational systems.
