Technical Support Specialist - Automotive Parts Location : Chullora, NSW Job Details : Permanent Full Time | Hybrid: 3 days Onsite - 2 WFH | Mon - Fri , 8:00am to 4:30pm Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter or automotive professional looking to take the next step in your career? As a Parts Technical Support Specialist, you will be the technical expert supporting dealerships and internal stakeholders with parts-related enquiries across some of the world's most recognised automotive brands, including Volkswagen, Audi, CUPRA and Škoda. Operating within AutoNexus Aftersales, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate technical support, resolving complex parts enquiries, and ensuring exceptional service to our dealer network. Working as part of a specialised technical support team, you'll combine your automotive knowledge, problem-solving skills, and parts interpretation expertise to help keep vehicles on the road and customers satisfied. What you'll do Respond to dealer and customer enquiries via phone, email, Salesforce tickets, and shared inboxes. Interpret electronic parts catalogues to identify and recommend the correct parts. Investigate and resolve complex technical parts enquiries. Research and validate information using SAP and other internal systems. Manage support tickets and enquiries within agreed service levels. Liaise with dealerships, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Prioritise multiple enquiries while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. About you To be successful in this role you will have: Experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor, or a similar automotive parts role. Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and components. Experience using electronic parts catalogues. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly regarded Experience working with European vehicle brands. OEM or dealership experience. Experience using Salesforce or similar ticketing systems. Mechanical trade background or technical automotive experience. Previous experience providing technical support within the automotive industry.
