We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Patient Access Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Patient Access team, ensuring patients receive timely access to Noctrix Health's innovative durable medical equipment (DME) therapy. This role is responsible for supervising Case Managers, driving operational excellence, monitoring team performance, and ensuring reimbursement processes are executed efficiently and compliantly. The Patient Access Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for the Patient Access team and acts as the central point of coordination between internal departments, offshore support partners, reimbursement vendors, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and field sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with deep expertise in medical device reimbursement, patient access, process improvement, and healthcare operations. This position reports to the Director, Reimbursement . This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Patient Access Case Managers, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performance coaching, and ongoing professional development Oversee the daily operations of the Patient Access team to ensure departmental KPIs, service levels, and operational objectives are consistently achieved Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the Patient Access team, offshore support teams, reimbursement vendors (including Prochant), and internal stakeholders Coordinate closely with Field Sales, Appeals, Patient Concierge, Therapy Support, and other cross-functional teams to provide case updates and resolve reimbursement challenges Ensure team adherence to reimbursement workflows, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Develop, implement, and continuously refine departmental KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics Review existing workflows and SOPs, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and the patient experience Provide guidance and support regarding benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims processing, appeals, financial assistance programs, and insurance coverage questions Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain required clinical documentation supporting reimbursement submissions Coordinate with commercial and government payers to facilitate timely authorization and reimbursement decisions Maintain current knowledge of reimbursement policies, payer requirements, and coverage guidelines Monitor case quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance within Salesforce and reimbursement management systems Lead process improvement initiatives, including Salesforce enhancements and workflow optimization projects Partner with the Associate Director, Appeals team, and leadership on strategic reimbursement and operational initiatives Develop training materials, onboarding resources, and coaching programs that support team development and performance Foster a collaborative, patient-focused culture centered on accountability, continuous learning, and exceptional customer service Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of healthcare industry experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, or reimbursement-focused organizations Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting medical device reimbursement involving DME products Previous experience leading or supervising patient access, reimbursement, or case management teams Strong knowledge of benefit investigations, prior authorizations, insurance reimbursement, appeals, and patient access workflows Experience working with commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and government payers Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and reimbursement management platforms preferred Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading patient access or reimbursement teams within the medical device industry Experience implementing KPI-driven performance management programs Experience driving operational process improvements and workflow optimization Experience supporting Salesforce enhancements or system implementations Experience collaborating with offshore support teams and third-party reimbursement vendors Knowledge of DME reimbursement policies and payer landscape Compensation: Base Pay: $90,000–$110,000 per year Annual Bonus Eligibility
