Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring an excellent patient experience by efficiently managing appointment scheduling, coordinating care, and maintaining consistent communication with patients. The role also involves handling inquiries, utilizing medical terminology, and ensuring that patient needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and solid Phone Etiquette to provide seamless patient interactions.
• Proficiency in Care Coordination to efficiently manage patient needs and connect them with appropriate services.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Experience with Patient Care, ensuring a compassionate and service-oriented approach at all times.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or medical administration is a plus.
• Call Center Experience is required
