The Patient Safety Associate is accountable to the registered nurse or charge nurse coordinating unit activities and receives assignments through the staffing office. This role provides high quality service to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining clear, professional communication and strict adherence to patient safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D Customer service in a healthcare environment preferred.
