Description Answers incoming patient phones calls and make outgoing collection calls regarding balances due. Patient Services Representatives resolve patient questions; contacting appropriate sources when necessary. The representative will conduct such activities as account investigation, follow-up and collections on self-pay balances; and other duties as assigned.
