About the client: We are working with a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of central nervous system disorders (CNS) currently seeking a Patient Support & Commercial Operations Lead based in Barcelona - (hybrid role). Your Mission We are looking for a Patient Support & Commercial Operations Lead to own and continuously evolve our Patient Support Service operating model, ensuring seamless and scalable experience for patients, healthcare professionals and affiliates. As the owner of the Patient Support Service, you will lead partner governance, drive the launch and expansion of services across multiple European markets, and act as the key link between Business and IT. In parallel, you will contribute to building and strengthening Commercial Operations capabilities within the MedTech Unit. Your Major Accountabilities Patient Support Service Ownership & Governance Act as the business owner of the Patient Support Service operating model and outsourced service providers. Lead partner governance, ensuring service quality, compliance, contractual adherence, KPI and SLA performance. Own and continuously evolve operational processes, workflows, governance frameworks and service documentation. Drive issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives and country-specific adaptations. Ensure the service model remains scalable, efficient and aligned with business objectives and future growth plans. Country Activation & Market Expansion Lead the launch and operational activation of Patient Support Services across European markets. Coordinate onboarding and readiness activities across Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, IT, Legal, Finance and external partners. Support localization of service models and processes according to country-specific requirements. Ensure successful launch execution and scalability as the business expands. Business Process & Digital Solutions Management Act as the bridge between Business and IT, translating business needs into operational and digital solutions. Define, optimize and document business processes and service workflows. Support system implementations, enhancements, testing and deployment activities. Ensure digital solutions effectively support patient, HCP and business objectives. Commercial Operations & Excellence Support the development and continuous improvement of Commercial Operations capabilities within the MedTech Business Unit. Coordinate operational readiness initiatives across affiliates and markets. Monitor business performance, KPIs and reporting activities. Contribute to Commercial Excellence initiatives and cross-functional business projects that support business growth. We Would Like You To Have +5 years of experience in Patient Support Services, Commercial and Business Operations, Healthcare Services, MedTech. Proven experience managing external vendors and outsourced service providers. Strong business analysis, process design and continuous improvement capabilities. Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries. Ability to translate business needs into operational and digital solutions, working effectively with IT and business teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of patient-related operational processes. Fluent English and Spanish.
