What You’ll Do Process, balance, and reconcile payment system transactions and related accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness Support payment services operations, including electronic payments, card services, and stop payment requests Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions, disputes, errors, and member account issues Monitor payment activity for potential fraud, abuse, and risk Provide responsive support and guidance to members, community partners, and internal team members regarding payment-related services and transactions Maintain accurate records, general ledger activity, and vendor communication Is This You? High school diploma, or equivalent Financial services industry experience Strong computer and application skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to collaborate and maintain effective team relationships Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance Ability to be bonded Preferred But Not Required: College degree, 1+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience Why Join Arbor?
