We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team, responsible for managing ROI and NI weekly and monthly payrolls for 2000+ employees. Responsibilities Checking the number of hours employees have worked Liaising with Store Managers regarding exceptions e.g. paperwork, hours worked, holiday, sick pay entitlements Processing payrolls on a weekly basis in an accurate, on-time, compliant manner Collaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee data Calculating holiday pay, sick pay and other statutory payments Process new starters, leavers, review and verify employee records Answer queries relating timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters Excellent verbal and written communication skills In-depth understanding of tax and employment rules and regulations Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise tasks effectively Interpersonal skills Reliable, supportive and positive with a committed and hardworking attitude The ability to cope under pressure and work effectively towards deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of Kronos and/or Megapay would be an advantage Previous experience in a Payroll Admin role essential (minimum 1-2 years) The Rewards Annual Salary - €40K- €42K 4 Days in the office, 1 Day Working from Home Company pension scheme 10% group discount for Health Insurance policy Join the Fearless1200 Incentive Scheme Group Wide 20% Discount across all Frasers Group brands Bike to work scheme Sick leave after a year of continuous service
