As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our payroll processes run efficiently. You will provide essential support to our Americas Payroll Team and contribute to the overall wellbeing of our employees. What You'll Do Pick up and distribute mail weekly. Process garnishments and notarizations as necessary. Ensure garnishment checks are notarized and mailed out biweekly. Assist with weekly 401(k) audits. Review weekly benefit arrears and add to payroll as necessary. Perform monthly deduction audits and process arrears. Monitor new hires and complete ADP set-up. Monitor and respond to the payroll inbox. Prepare terminations and ad-hoc wire payments. Prepare post-payroll reports. What We're Looking For A minimum of 2+ years of US payroll processing experience. Hands-on experience supporting payroll operations. Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal daily instruction, seeking mentorship on newly introduced tasks. Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines. High adaptability and flexibility. Clear and effective communication in both speaking and writing. Good judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills within established payroll procedures. Ability to work as an effective great teammate. High degree of integrity and a solid ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain collaborative working relationships. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
