Your responsibilities will include: Managing accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned client(s). Following up on, calculating, and checking payroll processing for your client(s). Advising and guiding clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation. Building long-term trusted relationships with clients. Acting as a contact point for the employer. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and expertise in payroll and personnel administration. Continuously identifying and implementing improvements and optimizations in existing work processes. What do you have to offer? A passion for payroll and personnel administration, combined with a strong drive to support our clients. In addition, you: Have a strong interest in HR, particularly payroll and labor legislation. Knowledge of the payroll engine Accurat HCM is an advantage. Can work independently and accurately. Are strongly results-oriented. Are flexible in meeting client deadlines. Are familiar with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. Contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and flair. Possess strong communication skills and have a good command of German and English.
