Seeking Payroll Processor for $40-$47/hr. Remote, PST hours. MUST HAVE WORKDAY payroll

Senior Payroll Analyst

Contract Duration: 9/7/2026 - 6/6/2027

Location: Fully Remote (West Coast working hours preferred)

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including end-to-end multi-state payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage-and-hour laws, and payroll compliance.
• ADP experience.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll system including Workday
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, reconciliations, large datasets).
• Experience with payroll reporting and payroll-to-GL reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

• CPP certification.
• Workday payroll processing experience.
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity, or public company environment.

About the Role:

This position will support end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state workforce, ensuring payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
