  • Design and maintain training materials, guides, e-learning content, and process
  • documentation that stay accurate and easy to use
  • Work with our Regulatory Analyst to coach team members on payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory Payments, pensions, and RTI requirements
  • Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across payroll teams, translating findings into targeted learning plans
  • Support payroll system upgrades and deliver the associated training so the team is confident from day one
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback working with our Payroll Experience Managers to set clear development plans
  • Work closely with Payroll Experience Managers to support employee development and succession planning
  • Ensure all training content reflects current legislation and company procedures
  • Actively use AI to aid the creation of learning materials in different formats
  • Assist in quality assurance activities to identify recurring training requirements and root causes
  • Work with the people team to create learning materials and methodology that is consistent with the wider company standards
  • Facilitate knowledge assessments that lead to a training sign off process once each team member has developed skills to do the role effectively
  • Maintain training records and report on training effectiveness to demonstrate impact

We have some great benefits to reward you for your hard work, do check them out below:

As well as offering you the opportunity to work with a great team, be part of a growing company and have the chance to learn and enhance your knowledge and qualifications, we offer:
