Payroll Intern

The role We are looking for a Payroll Intern to join our HR team and support payroll operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll processes, employee data management, and administrative tasks in a dynamic and international environment. Responsibilities: Preboarding of new hires. Support tasks related to: Communication with the employees for the onboarding. Management of the new hire with the external supplier. Database update + personnel file. Control of the signature of the onboarding documents. Offboarding of employees . Support tasks related to: Review of the offboarding variables and communication with the external provider. Sending documentation to offboarders. Database update + personnel file. Garnishments . Support tasks related to: Documentation management and communication with the corresponding administration. Communication of the garnishment to the external supplier. Database update + personnel file. Accounting reports . Support tasks related to: Review of payroll reports (extra pay, holidays, etc.). Communication and resolution of doubts with the accounting department. Requirements: Currently studying or recently graduated in HR or RRLL. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of payroll concepts is a plus.
