Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for a looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a portfolio of clients — including both Philippine-based and global accounts. You’ll ensure compliance with statutory requirements, maintain employee records, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality payroll services. Responsibilities: Prepare and process monthly payroll in accordance with client timelines, service agreements, and internal SOPs. Review reconciliation reports and coordinate with Finance for statutory reports and other related tasks. Supervise payroll disbursements and ensure pay slips are accurately distributed. Prepare annual tax computations and handle BIR Form 2316 for resigned employees. Manage submission of monthly statutory contributions and remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth). Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees or clients, including basic HR-related concerns. Coordinate directly with clients on end-to-end payroll implementation and issue resolution. Identify process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency. Perform other payroll-related tasks as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing within a shared services or multi-client setup. Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements ; experience in global payroll is a plus. Proficiency in Google Sheets and payroll software applications. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion. Why RecruitGo?
