About the role

As a Payroll & Rewards Transformation Consultant, you will contribute to HR transformation projects focused on improving and redesigning Payroll and Rewards processes. You will support larger project workstreams and, depending on your experience, take ownership of smaller initiatives. The role involves close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, from gathering requirements and assessing current processes to designing solutions and supporting their implementation.

Responsibilities

• HR Process Analysis: Review existing Payroll and Rewards processes, identify areas for improvement and assess their effectiveness against business needs and industry standards.
• Process Improvement & Design: Support the development of efficient, scalable and standardized HR processes, with particular focus on Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Cooperate with HR teams, business functions and external clients throughout different stages of transformation projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Process Documentation: Prepare process flows, documentation, SOPs and reports presenting assessment results and recommended improvements.
• Change & Implementation Support: Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training and supporting the adoption of new processes and HR technologies.
• Data & Business Analysis: Work with HR-related data to identify trends, evaluate process performance and assess the impact of implemented improvements.
• Risk & Compliance: Consider relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements when designing and optimizing HR processes and help identify potential risks.
• Continuous Improvement: Follow developments in HR, Payroll, Rewards and R2P, identifying new approaches and technologies that could enhance existing processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, with strong knowledge of Payroll and/or Compensation & Benefits processes.
• Previous exposure to HR transformation, process improvement, transition, scope expansion or similar change initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with HR data and process-related information.
• Experience working with HR systems, such as Workday, SAP HCM or comparable solutions.
• Good understanding of compliance, regulatory and risk-related aspects of HR processes.
• Ability to prepare professional process documentation, presentations and analyses using MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Excellent English communication skills, allowing you to work effectively with international stakeholders and clients.
• A consulting-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving, structured thinking, stakeholder management and focus on delivering measurable value.
