About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for workforce program. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, clients, and business partners, ensuring accurate payroll processing, issue resolution, compliance support, and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in payroll administration, employee support, HR operations, staffing, or workforce management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Process U.S. payroll accurately and on time.
• Review and audit payroll data.
• Resolve payroll and timekeeping issues.
• Support employees with payroll-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with compliance and reporting activities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Payroll, HR, Staffing, Customer Service, or Administration.
• U.S. experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred:

• Payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll systems or HRIS.
• Staffing, MSP/VMS, or U.S. payroll experience.
