Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will handle end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including data collection, verification, and timely execution of payroll cycles. Daily responsibilities include calculating wages, managing deductions and garnishments, and ensuring accurate payroll tax treatment in line with local regulations. The role also involves resolving payroll inquiries, maintaining detailed records, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams and client representatives to ensure high service quality and compliance. The Payroll Specialist is expected to follow established procedures, identify process improvements, and support the onboarding of new payroll clients when needed.

• Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Relevant experience in multi-jurisdiction or outsourced payroll environments is beneficial.
• A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
