Role Description This is a full-time role for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of wages, deductions, benefits, and taxes. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, handling garnishments, coordinating with payroll service providers, and resolving payroll-related inquiries from team members. The role involves reviewing compliance with local regulations, preparing payroll reports, supporting audits, and continuously improving payroll processes and documentation. The Payroll Specialist will collaborate closely with finance and HR teams to uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration.
• Candidates should possess skills in managing Payroll Taxes and coordinating with Payroll Services.
• Candidates should possess experience handling Garnishments and related statutory deductions.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and proficiency with payroll or HRIS software.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in payroll roles within technology or financial services organizations is an advantage.
• Relevant degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field is preferred.
