This role sits within our Paycheck Plus team , part of our Managed Payroll Services function - where we take full responsibility for running payroll on behalf of our clients. This is not internal payroll. As a Client Payroll Executive, you’ll be trusted to manage payrolls for multiple clients, making sure everything is: Accurate On time Fully compliant You are the person clients rely on to get it right. When you do, employees get paid correctly, clients trust us, and relationships grow. 👥 About the Team You'll Join You’ll join our Paycheck Plus team - a specialist payroll bureau within Managed Payroll Services. Around 10 experienced Client Payroll Executives and Senior colleagues Each person owns their own client payrolls Support is always there when needed, but you’re trusted to manage your work It’s a team that values accuracy, accountability, and helping each other succeed. 📊 What You'll Be Doing Managing end-to-end Irish payrolls for multiple clients Processing monthly payrolls accurately and on time Handling calculations, deductions, benefits, and reporting Ensuring compliance with Irish legislation, GDPR, and internal standards Acting as the main point of contact for payroll queries from clients and their employees Building strong relationships with your clients - becoming someone they trust Identifying ways to improve processes, efficiency, and automation Supporting wider projects such as system improvements and testing 🔎 What We’re Looking For This role is built for someone who already understands payroll in a bureau or outsourced environment .
