JGA Recruitment are excited to be partnered with a growing national healthcare organization is looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join its team, supporting payroll operations for 20,000+ employees across multiple states.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact behind the scenes.

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payrolls while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to provide a best-in-class employee experience.

Key Requirements:

• Processing and reconciling high-volume multi-state payrolls

• Managing garnishments, deductions, liens, and withholding orders

• Supporting quarterly and year-end payroll reporting

• Investigating and resolving payroll queries

• Reviewing payroll changes and employment contracts

• Ensuring payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Maintaining payroll accuracy, controls, and process efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of payroll experience in a large multi-state environment

• Experience processing payroll for 15,000+ employees

• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, and regulations

• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Dayforce preferred)

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
