We’re looking for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of payroll operations in Netherlands within a fast-paced international environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Netherlands payroll inside out, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is comfortable working across global teams and systems.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for Netherlands, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Acting as the go-to expert for local payroll legislation, tax, and statutory requirements
• Working closely with internal teams across payroll, finance, tax, product, and customer operations
• Supporting payroll process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
• Identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and compliance risks
• Helping scale and improve payroll operations in a growing global business

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience managing payroll operations in Netherlands
• Exposure to international or multi-country payroll environments
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance, controls, reconciliations, and reporting
• Confident communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Experience with payroll systems, automation tools, and data analysis
• Strong English communication skills
