PCH Referral Coordinator- Medical

Summary Monday through Friday 8-hour shift between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm. Position trains onsite but will be fully work from home after successful completion of 90-day orientation. Job Description: BHMG Patient Connection Hub Medical Job Summary: Under general direction, coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining pre-authorizations, and communicating status of appointments. Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have at least one year of medical office experience.
