PDE Manager GCN

About this Position Manages a team of Product Development Engineers and technicians to commercialize new products developed globally, to be launched in GCN/APAC. Leads complex scale-up projects relating to critical programs which requires cross functional team. Interfaces with Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Production departments at same and other locations to make effective decisions towards accomplishing established goals. What you´ll do Provides technical guidance, training, and mentoring to engineers and technicians. Interfaces with Manufacturing Engineering at any Henkel manufacturing plant worldwide selected for the high volume manufacture of a new product. Owns designated ADP projects in validation stage, managing timeline & expectations of internal and external stakeholders. What makes you a good fit Must possess relevant degree at minimum BS level or above, Chemical Engineering preferred. Minimum 5 years of directly applicable experience in Project Management, Product Development Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering in adhesives, electronic materials or chemical processing; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Certified 6s Black Belt preferred. Must possess excellent leadership and people management skills Must possess excellent problem solving skills. Must possess excellent organizational skills.
